SSB IT Services operates as a service-area business and provides IT support at customer locations β your home or office. We do not operate a retail shopfront. This means you don't need to transport your equipment anywhere.
Our primary service is on-site IT support at your location. In some cases, remote assistance may be offered where appropriate β for example, for minor software issues or follow-up support after a completed job.
It depends on the job. A basic setup or single software issue may take 30β60 minutes. More complex work such as virus removal, data recovery, or full system reinstallation may take 1β3 hours. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
Pricing depends on the type and complexity of the job. We aim to provide clear pricing and discuss costs before starting any work β no hidden fees or surprises.
Service fees are payable upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and common digital payment methods.
