SSB IT Services provides on-site IT support services by appointment, including:

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to equipment
  • Provide a suitable working environment
  • Inform us of known issues, passwords, or restrictions relevant to the service

Limitations of Liability

While all reasonable care is taken, SSB IT Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing hardware or system faults
  • Data loss unless backup services are specifically requested and agreed
  • Issues caused by third-party software, updates, hardware, or OS changes
  • Manufacturer defects or failures
âš ī¸ Important: Customers are strongly advised to maintain regular backups of important data before any service is performed. SSB IT Services accepts no liability for data loss where backup services were not requested.

We may access files or systems solely for the purpose of completing requested services. Confidentiality is respected at all times. Our technicians will not copy, transmit, or retain any personal files beyond what is necessary to complete the agreed work.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Missed appointments may incur a call-out or cancellation fee

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible via phone or email so we can reallocate the appointment slot.

Services are provided with due care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. No guarantee is provided against future system issues outside the scope of completed work.

If you experience an issue directly related to work we performed, please contact us promptly and we will assess the situation at no additional call-out charge within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
